The past year haas proven that despite the challenges that life throws us, we can always rise above and be great! Our GCEO, Nomfundo Mcoyi, has worked hard over the years to build the Icebolethu Group to what it is today and along the way, she has contributed to the development of those around her. In November 2021, Nomfundo Mcoyi was a recipient of the Global Impact Award for Business Services and Community for the work Icebolethu Group is doing in Africa. Over the past six years, the company has been servicing SADC nationals in South Africa and the United Kingdom through repatriations, funeral planning, and top-up benefits for policyholders, and their loved ones.

The Global African Awards aim to celebrate, recognise and honour the achievement of future African leaders from Africa and the African Diaspora Community. These awards celebrate the diversity and multiculturism on shared principles that promote the development of Africa.
