As we set the tone for this year, I want to remind us of our shared mission as discussed at the AGM’s: One Team, One Vision. This theme is about aligning across all areas of the business ensuring that we work together with focus, efficiency, and a clear strategy to drive Icebolethu toward our goal.

To get there, we must work smart, work hard, and work efficiently. We need to refocus our energies, and eliminate wastage across the business, we must focus on what truly drives results and that is to drive our sales, and to serve our clients with dignity.

Every region, every team, and every individual plays a critical role in this journey. Let’s commit to excellence, collaboration, and discipline from now so that we build the momentum needed for success. Together, we will reach new heights.
