As many of you would have heard, Icebolethu Group is going cashless as of the 1st March 2021. To update our clients on the available payment options, our GCEO Nomfundo Mcoyi and GCOO Moses Mujati sat down with Alex Mthiyane at our Pinewalk Branch to speak more about Icebolethu Group’s Cashless journey and engage clients in a live panel discussion.
The main reasons given by the GCEO were; to promote the safety and health of Icebolethu clients due to the increase in the crime rate as well as the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Convenience was also a big determining factor. Our clients will be able to save time and travel costs. She also stated that it was time for the brand to adapt to the technological changes that are occurring globally.
