In keeping with Icebolethu’s tradition to start every year by hosting Staff AGMs, where they review the previous years and communicate the vision and plans for the new year. It has been the same for 2023 as Icebolethu is hosting Staff AGMs from the 10th of January to the 19th of January 2023 at the Durban ICC and Hilton Garden Inn for KZN, and The Maslow Hotel for Gauteng.
At these AGMs the management of Icebolethu further emphasised the business’ drive towards corporatization. Part of this corporatization requires the business to recruit the best talent in the industry to strengthen human capital and systems. Over the past couple of years the business has welcomed and onboarded Executives and Senior Managers who have been behind the growth and milestones that the business keeps achieving. As the year begins, Icebolethu Board of Directors are yet again welcoming two New Executives into their ranks, these new additions are geared to join what is already dubbed as the winning team. Amongst the many achievable goals that the business has set for itself includes growing its global business which was launched in 2015 in the United Kingdom, accelerating the corporate book and strengthening its financial systems.
These new executives bring a wealth of experience and expertise across various sectors and industries. Through their valuable knowledge they will collaborate with the 1 700 Icebolethu employees in chasing their targets for 2023. In addition to the new executives, the Board further revealed that the Acting CFO, Mr. Dumisani Mkhize has now been appointed as the General Manager; Internal Audit. Below are the new executives who have been onboarded on the 13th of January 2023.
