Job Functions
To lead and manage sales, promotions, Administration, Business Development, Client Services, Data Management, Financial Planning, Marketing.
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications required for the position:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance,
Marketing, Insurance, or related (BCom
Honours preferred)
• RE5 Qualification (preferred)
• Certificate or Equivalent in
Management Development Program is
an advantage.
• A valid driver's license
• Clear ITC
• Clear criminal record
• Own reliable transport and cell phone
Experience required for the position:
• 5–7 years in a sales-related role in
Financial Services (Insurance/Funeral)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacityCore competencies required for the position: Job Closing Date
• Demonstrated success managing intermediaries and exceeding sales targets.
• In depth knowledge of insurance products and funeral assurance market.
• Working knowledge of FAIS, RDR, FIC and related legislation.
