At Icebolethu Group one of our main priorities is to create jobs and uplift the economy of our province, Kwa-Zulu Natal, and the nation. In keeping with this key vision, we employ over 1000 staff that are directly employed by Icebolethu. In addition, we have our Supplier Development Programme that intentionally supports small businesses by providing work opportunities and business training.

Through the programme the businesses are able to expand, therefore, creating even more jobs. Via the trainings, business owners are equipped on how to grow and manage their businesses more efficiently.
