The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing robust IT solutions to meet organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality systems.
Minimum Qualifications.
• Degree or Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, or related field (added advantage).
• Professional certification in ICT or related studies (e.g., CBAP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or equivalent).
Experience and Knowledge required.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
• Demonstrated success in delivering system solutions in a professional environment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in database management and querying (e.g., SQL) and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and integration technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Design and model system solutions using tools like UML, BPMN, or ERD.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and business units to ensure seamless system implementation.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, workflows, and user manuals.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, data security standards, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to project planning, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
