Icebolethu Group is currently in search of four (4) Funeral Planners to join the team, the role isresponsible for the coordinating, planning and execution of the value chain of organizing burial services and logistics associated on behalf of Icebolethu Group’s new and existing Clients at all times ensuring excellent service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
• Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• A qualification in Sales, Logistics and or Funeral industry qualification
• Computer Literate
Experience and Knowledge required
• Min 1-2 years’ Experience in administration
• Knowledge in system Easipol an added advantage
• Driver’s License (Advantageous)
• Own Vehicle (Advantageous)

Key Performance Areas
• Logistics planning and event management for funerals
• To provide administrative support to the burials team.
• To ensure that clients are well informed of the various value-added services Icebolethu Group can offer them for the funerals that they will be arranging.
• Utilization of relevant tools (Easipol and Excel among others) to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Inter-departmental collaboration to ensure a zero-defect service to all clients.
• Driving consistency and sustainability in funerals.
