Terms & Conditions: Icebolethu Group 15th Anniversary Competition

The promoter is Icebolethu Group

The promotional competition is open to all Icebolethu Group policyholders with an active up-to-date Policy who possess a valid identity document, except for any individuals associated with the Promoter, including directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

A. Competition Details:

1. 1. The competition will run from April 12, 2024, until the Gala Dinner 2024.
   2. Participants must be 18 years or older.
   3. To participate, follow instructions communicated via our official social media platforms and website to stand a chance to win 1 of various gifts totaling R150,000 in value.
   4. Winners will be announced at the Icebolethu Group Gala Dinner 2024.

B. Winner Selection and Prize Claim:

1. 1. Winners will be selected via a random draw and required to verify their details.
   2. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner for three consecutive working days after their name is drawn.
   3. Failure to claim the prize within 3 days will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be drawn.
   4. Participants can only win once.

C. General Terms:

1. 1. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s images for publicity purposes.
   3. The Promoter may change or terminate the competition if necessary, with participants agreeing to waive any recourse.
   4. In case of unavailability, the Promoter may substitute prizes of equal value.
   5. The Promoter, its agents, associated companies, directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants.
   6. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the rules.

D. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: iSave Rewards x Just Go Mothers Day Competition

The promoter is Icebolethu Group (Pty) Ltd [Reg no.: 2015/250856/07]  (“the Promoter”).

1. The promotional competition is open to all South African residents residing in South Africa and are in possession of a valid identity document, except any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family member.
2. About the competition: The competition will run from 7 May 2024 – 10 May 2024. One winner will be announced on 12 February 2024. The winner will win a ticket courtesy of Just Go and Checkers/Shoprite voucher (R1500). Winners may redeem their vouchers at any convenient Checkers/Shoprite  in South Africa.
3. Participants must be 18 years or older.
4. Participants need to Like the competition post on Facebook and follow/Like Just Go pages. Comment under the post and tell us what your mom means and where she is based, include #iSaveRewards #JustGo #MothersDay and complete survey via link to successfully complete entry.
5. The winner will be required to provide their names, ID numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize. The participant agrees to be contacted by Icebolethu Group for marketing and advertising purposes.
6. A Winner will be selected by means of a random draw and will be notified via a phone call where the winner will be required to verify their details. The Promoter (or their agent) will endeavour to contact the prize winner once every day for 3 consecutive working days after their name is drawn. If the prize winner cannot be contacted during this period, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to name winners publicly and any other place where the Promoter deems fit. By entering the competition, prize winners agree to the publication of their name by the Promoter.
8. The promoter will only provide the voucher and send it via an agreed email.
9. Participants can only win once, the winner is not allowed to enter the competition again once they have won.
10. In order to win the client will first be audited to ensure that they have made the above stipulated policy payments.
11. Failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith these requirements within 3 days will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
12. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
13. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotion that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
15. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer or cell phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
17. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
18. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the winner. However, the winner has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at Icebolethu Group(Pty) Ltd, 109 Clark Road, Bera, Durban, 4001 Att : Legal Department.
20. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
21. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
22. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
23. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.

E. Icebolethu Group Tombstone Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The Tombstone 10% Off Promo (“Promotion”) is valid from May 10, 2024, to September 30, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all customers of Icebolethu Group (“Icebolethu”) who purchase tombstones during the Promotion Period and choose to pay using cash payments (“Eligible Customers”).
3. Discount: Eligible Customers will receive a 10% discount on the total cost of their tombstone purchase, excluding any additional services or products, when payment is made in full using cash.
4. Installation: To qualify for the discount, installation of the purchased tombstone must be scheduled and completed within the two months of the Promotion Period, i.e., installation must occur before June  30, 2024.
5. Eligible Products: The discount applies to the purchase of headstones with either a base or pebbles, within the specified Promotion Period. Full tombstone with a slab is NOT applicable.
6. Installation Radius: The installation service provided as part of this Promotion is available for locations within a 50-kilometer radius from Icebolethu Group branches.
7. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount. Only cash payments are eligible for this Promotion.
8. Non-Transferable: The discount offered under this Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
9. Availability: The Promotion discount is subject to product availability and Icebolethu reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. Compliance: All purchases made under this Promotion are subject to Icebolethu’s standard terms and conditions of sale.
11. Exclusions: The discount does not apply to any additional services, customization, or accessories not explicitly mentioned in these terms and conditions. 
12. The discount offered under this Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion that may be running concurrently during the same period. Customers participating in this Promotion are not eligible to combine this discount with any other promotional offer provided by Icebolethu Group.
13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the Icebolethu Group branch is located.
14. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.

Icebolethu Group reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this Promotion or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

F. R2,500 Grocery Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participants must have an active policy with Icebolethu Group to qualify for the promotion.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion is open from 1 July 2024 to 27 September 2024.
3. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
   • There will be 2 weekly winners, with a total of 26 winners throughout the promotion.
5. Notification: Winners will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp within [number of days] days after the promotion ends.
6. Acceptance: By entering the promotion, participants agree to allow Icebolethu Group to use their names and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Modification and Cancellation: Icebolethu Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
9. Data Privacy: Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Disqualification: Icebolethu Group reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
11. Prize Details:
    • Winners will each receive groceries worth R2,500, which will be purchased at a Boxer store closest to them.
    • Participants stand a chance to win their share of groceries worth a total of R65,000.
