Outbound Call Center Agents (16x)
Job Brief
Our company is a well-established Organisation, specializing in the burial industry, we require vibrant 16X DBN Outbound Call Centre Agents, who will facilitate bringing in new business through cold calling selling of Icebolethu products, professionally handling incoming calls and correspondence, attending to client queries and requests, servicing funeral policies with required SLA, efficiently updating client details and ensuring quality, friendly, consistent interaction when dealing with clients. The incumbent should possess but no limited to the following:
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- Any tertiary development courses
Experience and Knowledge required
- Experience in Call Centre or customer services
- 1-2 years Sales or Insurance experience
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Specific Knowledge in RE5 and must be FAIS compliance
