The General Manager: Talent, Learning, Development and Academy provides guidance and thought leadership in the design and implementation of critical components of the Business` Talent, Learning, and Development strategies to create integrated and optimal learning and talent experiences with Icebolethu Group of Companies Strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Talent, Learning, and Development HR expert with experience in a corporate and/or manufacturing environment.
The General Manager: Supply Chain Management role develops the strategic direction for all supply chain activities at Icebolethu Group, to ensure effective cost beneficial supply, quality products and efficient services delivery, whilst observing good governance, legal and regulatory compliance needs for the organisation.
The General Manager: Finance Management role is to manage and continue developing a best practice framework for the Finance function that fulfills a statutory, financial management, oversight, and compliance function for the Group Businesses. Operationally, the role is responsible for the accuracy & completeness of all financial information and related controls associated with the line of business asset and liability administration systems.
The Group Chief Risk Officer is a member of Executive Team, responsible for the establishment and implementation of a risk and compliance framework for Icebolethu Group to effectively manage all risk exposures that pose an internal / external threat to Icebolethu Group of Companies and ensure compliance to internal processes and policies, applicable laws and regulations, across the organization.
The Group Operations Manager is a member of the Executive Team, responsible for the provision of strategic leadership, governance, and direction to the organization. The position requires being specifically responsible for Group Information Communication& Technology, Group Security, Group Fleet, Group Cleaning, and Continuous Improvement functions aligned with Icebolethu Group of Companies` Business Strategy.
The Group Chief Finance Officer is a member of Executive Team, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Group of Companies' finances. The duties include support of and the achievement of strategic goals and operational objectives as set by the Group Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors respectively. In addition, he/she will be responsible for ensuring that internal controls are in place, enforced, and reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations.
The Chief of Staff role is responsible for managing the group priorities and programmes for the Group Chief Executive Officer by among other things, ensuring that key strategic and operational matters arising from Group EXCO and Group Board are actioned and resolved timeously, as well as ensuring effective functioning of the Group Chief Executive Officer`s Office and interactions with Group EXCO, Group Board and external stakeholders engaging directly with the office.
The General Manager: Enterprise Risk Management role supports the strategy by developing and implementing fit for purpose enterprise risk management frameworks that are aligned to business processes and the Agile methodology.
