Terms of office and remuneration:
The term of office of the appointed candidate will be 3 years, and maybe renewed for another 3 years subject to satisfactory performance, or at the discretion of Board of Directors of Icebolethu Group (Pty) Ltd.
An approximate number of meetings is four per annum (four ordinary and any special meetings if necessary).
Successful candidates appointed will be remunerated according to the rates as approved by the Board of Directors of Icebolethu Group (Pty) Ltd.
